At The GiftJoy, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thegiftjoy.store@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.

Lost Packages

If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of being placed. After this period, orders may already be in production and cannot be changed.
